Dean has advocated for employees for over 10 years. He is experienced in three areasof employment law: (1) wrongful termination, (2) wage and hour, and (3) leaves ofabsence. Dean represents employees in both the private and public sector. He hashandled a variety of wrongful termination cases, including discrimination, retaliation, andwhistle-blower matters. Dean also represents individuals who have claims regardingtheir pay (minimum wage, overtime, and unpaid wages), meal and rest violations, andsick leave violations. He also advises employees about medical and other leave rights.Dean has negotiated settlements both before and during litigation. He has experience instate and federal courts, including trials and appeals.
